We’re sharing the love for one of our favourite dishes from him, a Nasi Kandar-inspired dish called Ayam Madu cooked with boneless chicken leg.

Sold cooked and frozen for your convenience as a treat after a busy day. Simply heat up on the stove or in the microwave to enjoy with some piping hot rice.
