Kahurangi means blue or precious in te reo Māori, a perfect descriptor for this divine cheese. Just like our other blues, Kahurangi is made by hand and is known around these parts as the People’s Blue, having won the New World Cheese Lovers’ Choice Award 5 years in a row.
