Our Kāpiti Kānuka Havarti Smoked has a smooth, buttery flavour and a subtle smoky taste as liquid smoke delivers notes of hickory and ash. The name Kānuka comes from the coastal New Zealand Kānuka tree that has beautiful white flowers and covers much of Kāpiti Island.
