Introducing Ms. Santori, the only Kampung (Village) Chicken certified Organic and accredited with “Healthier Choice” (by Health Promotion Board Singapore).

Ms Santorini hails from Aqina Farms and is free from growth hormones and antibiotics.

Interestingly, their chickens are fed with bromelain, which is an enzyme from the MD2 Pineapple (think of it as the Mao Shan Wang of the pineapple world) to help the chickens better absorb nutrients and boost their immunity which ultimately lends to their naturally sweet tasting flesh.

This Kampung chicken is lean but high in Omega 3, 6 & 9 and low in sodium & saturated fat.
