We proudly bring you this wonderful and aromatic organic extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the family of Ibrahim Al Sufraini, Palestinian farmers from the West Bank, Palestine.

An ancient Caananite cold compress technique is used to extract the oil from the olives to produce this golden medicine. When taken on its own, the oleic acid and is said to be a wonderful anti-inflammatory agent which helps with a host of ailments and is especially beneficial for the heart.

A key component of Mediterranean cooking, it is used in salads, pastas and even as dips for bread. Its use is not recommended in high temperature applications though, as its smoke point is relatively low.
