Black Angus Karubi Set (600g)

This is NOT for you if you love your wagyu. In this set, we swap the luxurious mouthfeel of the wagyu with a selection of Australia Black Angus Short Ribs, paired with our house-made sauces to elevate your Yakiniku experience. The short rib is for those who love their meat intensely beefy.

Each set feeds 3-4 pax and comes in a box consisting of;

1. Black Angus Karubi Yakiniku slices 600g
2. Yakiniku No Tare: Sweet Dipping Sauce x1
3. Yakiniku No Tare: Spicy Dipping Sauce x1
4. Sea Salt – for Seasoning
5. Cube of Beef Fat – for lubricating your grill

Best eaten on day itself. Can be kept in chiller for 2 days.

Suitable for hotplates, electric grills, portable grills, the disposable CasusGrill or Hibachis.

Important! Please read:

• If you’re ordering this for your gathering, we highly encourage to have this delivered the day before to avoid delays.
• From experience, this is a super peak period and we expect traffic conditions to be heavy. We will be doing everything we can to ensure that we have ample drivers and that the orders leave our store as early as possible. However, some things are out of our control such as the weather and traffic conditions and it can be very stressful for everyone (especially our drivers) when we get many requests for ETA.
• Deliveries are aimed between 2-6pm. We are unable to cater to specific time belts due to the surge of orders in this period.
• Alternatively, you can arrange for a pickup on the morning of your event. Do indicate your estimated pickup time in the notes upon checkout so we’ll have it ready in time.
• Please ensure that you furnish all the details such as unit number. We have had cases where the customer was uncontactable and no unit number was provided which can delay the delivery process.
