In celebration of our nation’s birthday month, indulge in a harmonious blend of Singaporean delights with our Singaplatter, with familiar tastes of home!

We’ve imagined what our rendition of Zhi Char offering would be if we could put Singapore on a plate. Featuring Wagyu Beef Satay, Mala Lamb, Char Siew Chicken, Gochucap Chicken (a lovechild of Kpop Army’s favourite, Gochujang and Kicap) and Daging Masak Merah (beef) – inspired by the infamous Tulang Merah dishes you’d find at Beach Road Army Market. .

Perfect for sharing with family and friends while you watch the National Day fireworks in the sky (or on TV!).

Sold raw and frozen, in the platter as shown. To thaw prior to grilling. Perfect for hotplates or simply light frying on a pan.

• Gochucap chicken: Sweet and spicy with a hint of ginger and lots of lovely sticky kicap manis
• Wagyu Satay Beef: All the flavours you would expect from a classic satay, leveled up with a Wagyu cut. Sweet, with big hits of lemongrass, ginger, and galangal
• Daging Masak Merah (beef): Layered in flavour like the Kek Lapis.
