We are a 100% Muslim-owned business so we only carry meats that come with a Halal-certification recognised by MUIS.
We offer a next day delivery option for you via our website. Our deliveries happen within a time belt of 2-6pm except on Mondays when we are closed for business.
However, should there be an item that is out of stock, we will inform you of the likely lead time based on when the new stocks will arrive.
We charge a flat fee of $10 islandwide with no minimum purchase. Orders that are $120 and above, will enjoy a complimentary delivery.
Sous vide (pronounced “soo-vee”) means “under vacuum” in French. It refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath.
By default, we set the temperature to achieve a medium-rare outcome. This means that if you opt for this service, your meat is already cooked and just needs to be finished off with a quick sear for colour and crust. No guesswork needed.
