We are a 100% Muslim-owned business so we only carry meats that come with a Halal-certification recognised by MUIS.
We offer a next day delivery option for you via our website for online orders that are completed by 3pm. Our deliveries happen within a time belt of 2-6pm except on Mondays when we are closed for business.

We charge a flat fee of $10 islandwide with no minimum purchase. Orders that are $120 and above, will enjoy a complimentary delivery.
Sous vide (pronounced “soo-vee”) means “under vacuum” in French. It refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath.
By default, we set the temperature to achieve a medium-rare doneness. This means that if you opt for this service, your meat is already cooked and just needs to be finished off with a quick sear for colour and crust (for a steak, this takes only 15-20 seconds on each side). No guesswork needed.
