How do you do usually have your yakiniku? With a hibachi/shichirin? Teppanyaki-style with an electric grill? Or maybe with a disposable grill like that of the Casus Grill amidst a picnic setting in The Great Outdoors?⁣⁣

Honestly, we’re hooked. For one, you don’t need any marination - the star of the show is the natural flavours of the individual cuts. Just a sprinkle of salt and some dipping sauce and experience the concert on the palate. Sayonara laborious meal preps!⁣

Also because it’s 2021, we celebrate the inclusivity that it welcomes. It goes well with so many things! Grilled King Oyster Mushroom? Yup. Sweet prawns? Yup. Japanese rice? Yuuuup. Indomie goreng. Yup yup yup!⁣⁣

You wiped us clean over the CNY week so we had to hunt for more specialty cuts to include in our mix. If you find the 600gm platter too much, then take your pick from the ala-carte 200gm specialty cuts that still includes the Blackmore Gyūtan (Tongue) and the Karubi.⁣⁣

You’ll find it listed on our website under “CNY Specials” and the biodegradable Casus Grill under “From the shelves”. Fair warning: these marbled cuts will make it fairly smoky so please ensure you’re in a well ventilated area!⁣
