    Part of our Great Dry-Age Experiment, this Aus Black Angus Ribeye was coated with gochujang and dry-aged for 30 days for the flavour of the gochujang to penetrate into the meat.

    The wonderful result is the spicy, savoury notes of the gochujang merging with the funkiness from the dry-aging process: a straight road to Flavour Town.

    As we cut all our steaks by hand and not with a machine, the actual weight of the steak could vary +/- 10% of the weight indicated here.
