Sausage: Picante (Extra Spicy)

We‘ve added some fire to our Chilli Chicken sausage for the spice fiends here. On top of the red chilli and Szechuan pepper, we’ve upped the heat by several notches with the addition of Scotch Bonnet peppers (rated at 100,000 – 350,000 Scoville units) and pure capsaicin extract (rated at 1,000,000 Scoville units).

No additives, fillers or preservatives like nitrate. Cased in natural sheep casing.

Be warned. Handle with gloves and standby the milk.
