Part 1: We’ll delve into some insights on various cuts of beef (such as Grass vs Grain Fed, Marbling Score, Secondary Cuts, and preparation techniques).
Part 2: We’ll provide samplers for you to connect the dots with the new information acquired so you can narrow down your individual preference.
Part 3: End the night with a very meaty feast that’ll guarantee to bring on the meat sweats.
