Get up close and personal with beef in a knowledge-sharing session designed to help you understand your personal preference when it comes to all things beef.
There are three parts to the evening:
Part 1: Delve into some insights on beef (Grass vs Grain Fed, Marbling Score, Secondary Cuts, Preparation techniques).
Part 2: Sampling time: connect the dots with the new information acquired so you can narrow down your individual preference.
Part 3: End the night with a very meaty feast that’ll guarantee to bring on the meat sweats.
