Butchering 101

Our Daddy Day Care event was such a hit that we decided to keep it going but this time, we’re opening it up to everyone with some tweaks. In Butchering 101, our Head Butcher will teach you some basic butchering skills like trimming, butterflying, and mastering the Butcher’s knot. Participants will be bringing home 1kg worth of pinwheels for them to roast at home.
